Hello Linton Crest Community~


With the time change and now it’s getting darker earlier in the day, we the board would like to remind everyone of a few safety concerns.

It has come to the attention of the Board that in certain areas of the community, children are often using the streets as a playground. Out of concern for the children and their safety, the Board would like to urge parents to discuss with their children and impress upon them the importance of safety and refrain from playing in the streets. The Board would appreciate parents understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Please know we are concerned with both the well being of the children as well as the community members driving home. We do not want any one getting hurt. This is completely avoidable as long as we don’t have the children using the street as a playground and drivers driving the speed limit.
