The Board would like to inform homeowners that we are currently having annual inspections of properties in the community. Inspectors from Cardinal Management are conducting these for the Board. The purpose of the inspections is to assure properties are being well maintained and the desired aesthetic environment is not compromised. Some homeowners are concerned about inspectors accessing their property. Please be assured that access to the property will only be made where absolutely necessary to assess the home's maintenance. The Board and or its designees have the authority by Virginia Law and the Association Declarations to access homeowner properties for the purpose of inspections.

The Board is soliciting community cooperation in facilitating this endeavor designed to ensure a clean and uniformed environment, and appreciates the dedication and hard work of those homeowners who take pride in the maintenance of their properties.
