We have been fully approved by VDOT as of yesterday afternoon (14 Sep) for the three plans; signal plan, transition plan, and signs and markings plan.  We will have crews out there next week staking out the project and starting construction of the transition and the additional lanes.  The signal will be bid out this week and should start construction of the foundations by October.  We lost a couple of weeks because of the weather, but we continue to move forward.
