Resident Directory - find your neighbors' phone number or see if someone else in the community might have the same interests as you and your family (you can opt-out of being listed).
Classifieds - list an item for sale / give-away / trade, find a babysitter, a dog-walker, someone to shovel snow or mow your lawn, or see if someone in the community has an item for sale that you've been wanting.
